We are shutting down the Retail, the main reason is too many hours, just tired of being their. We will do a little wild meat.

If you do have wild meat these are the things I will need to know, before I make an appointment:

How much you have?  (not a guess, don't care if its 10 lbs off but I do care if its 25 to 50 or more pounds off.

What do you want made? (25lb minimum )  Kolbasa.Pepperoni. Summer Sausage

The limit for Summer Sausage is 50 lbs per week.

We have an over all 200 pound limit per week.

I don't have time or storage for a lot of Hamburger , don't mind a little bit as longs as their is some smoke products in the mix.

Normally we have it ready in a week.

check after the first of the year.
